Project Sunscreen offers first-class ($5) or priority ($15) shipping via USPS to delivery addresses within the United States—we are unable to ship internationally at this time. When your order has been successfully placed, we will send you an email confirmation containing your order number and shipping method. Orders can take up to 2 days to be processed and shipped. If you are unhappy with a product, please return it within two weeks for an exchange or refund. We are only able to accept returns or exchanges for items that were purchased directly from projectsunscreen.com and a copy of your receipt is required. If you purchased your product anywhere other than projectsunscreen.com, you must return it to the original place of purchase for a refund or exchange, observing their particular return/exchange policy. Please note that returned items are your responsibility until they reach the return address. A refund will be issued once we receive returned items and does not include any shipping or handling charges. Your refund will either be credited to the credit card used for the original transaction, or returned for store credit. Credit card refunds may take up to 10 business day for your bank to complete.
